- Machine platform and all fixtures are fully modularized; mounting via transition plates allows easy addition of functional modules and adaptation to product process changes.
- Front and rear conveyors, pneumatics, and software are independently controlled, enabling simultaneous front/rear channel operation.
- Fixtures adopt a quick-change design; rail width is adjustable according to product dimensions. The 14-lane fixed-rail configuration supports 150–450 mm width per lane.
- Test results are judged automatically. Data is stored locally and uploaded to the database — including model number, barcode, standard/upper/lower limit values, actual test values, test result, test time, operator information, process information, etc. (export as result file or raw data).
