Key Features
- Rails use an adjustable hold-down mechanism. When the sensor detects a PCB in position, a blocking cylinder extends for coarse positioning; the rail descends to seat the PCB on the carrier for precision positioning; then the upper press assembly presses down to complete the test.
- Fixtures adopt Feige’s proprietary one-button quick-change design — the operator simply pushes the fixture box into the guide slot; a cylinder automatically locks it in place with no fastening or rewiring required.
- Both the upper press plate and rail hold-down use servo electric cylinders to ensure stable, repeatable movement.
